SPA REGULATIONS

- Payment for treatments can be made in cash or by card ONLY at the SPA reception. In the case of hotel guests, ​billing for treatments CANNOT be added to the room.

- Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of the treatment. If you are late, the treatment may be shortened ​without the possibility of receiving a discount.

- We recommend booking treatments a few days before their planned date. If you do not make a reservation in ​advance, we cannot guarantee the procedure.

- We respect your privacy. That's why we offer disposable underwear for body treatments. During the massage, only ​the part of the body that is being massaged is exposed.

- We do not recommend eating heavy meals before rituals and massages.

- Alcohol consumption is prohibited in the SPA area. We reserve the right to refuse to perform the treatment if the ​Guest is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other stimulants.

- Children under 16 years of age may use SPA treatments with the consent of their guardians, and staying in the ​SPA area is only possible in the presence of their guardians.

- In case of cancellation of treatments, please cancel the reservation at least 4 hours in advance in the case of ​individual reservations and at least 24 hours in advance in the case of group reservations (concerning groups of five ​or more people). Late cancellation will result in being charged half the amount for the treatments booked.
